Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for the J.D. Trissell Field airport in Red River County. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with a narrative, including an 18B Obstruction Survey. The firm will also need to provide a proposed project schedule and technical approach. The selection criteria include the firm's capability to perform the required services, recent experience in developing airport plans, ability to meet schedules and deadlines, and proposed technical approach.
