Description
The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for Roadway Characteristics Inventory (RCI) Data Collection and RCI Data Entry services. The successful proposer will be responsible for collecting and entering data related to roadway characteristics. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. Proposers must demonstrate experience and capability in the work area and provide necessary personnel and facilities to support the project. The Department will evaluate proposals based on technical and price factors, and the contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer with the highest cumulative total points.
