OEM CONVECTION STEAMER, ELECTRIC

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a quotation for an OEM convection steamer, electric, from authorized Cleveland dealers. The steamer should be a Cleveland brand name only, with no equal or alternate parts accepted. The vendor must provide verification documentation from the OEM manufacturer. The quotation should include pricing, shipping cost, and delivery to the USCGC Thetis in Key West, Florida, by 16 February 2026. The award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the government, considering specification, price, past performance, and quality. • The quotation must be submitted on company letterhead stationery and include cost breakdown, unit cost, extended price, total price, payment terms, and discount offered for prompt payment. • The vendor must be registered in www.sam.gov and complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website. • The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5.
