North Cedar Improvements

The City of Chico is soliciting bids for the North Cedar Street Improvements project, which involves full depth reclamation of the roadway, new sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, storm drain inlets and manholes, curb and gutter, relocating and rebuilding fences, installing HDPE conduit, landscaping and irrigation, hot mix asphalt paving, and thermoplastic striping. The project is funded with a combination of Local and State funding, and the Engineer's Estimate for this Contract is $2,150,000. The project has a contract time of 65 working days. The City of Chico will post the bid totals and subcontractor list of the apparent low bidder on Public Purchase after the bid reading.
