Special Notice for issuance of contract modification to Raytheon Company without posting Justification and Approval (J&A) publicly

The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) is issuing a sole-source contract modification to Raytheon Company for the continued sustainment, maintenance, and modernization of the Cross Domain Enterprise All-Source User Repository (CENTAUR) III System. The contract modification is necessary to support the continued execution of mission requirements. • The contract modification was awarded on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. • The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. • The Justification and Approval (J&A) for this action is not currently available for release, but it will be posted as an amendment to this notice as soon as it passes security reviews.
