Newport Janitorial contract

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for its Newport offices. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for an additional year. The services will include cleaning of general areas, restrooms, lunch/break rooms, and outside areas. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The vendor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must be registered in OregonBuys. • The vendor must provide 3 references from similar projects performed within the last 5 years. • The vendor must submit a bid that includes all the required information and forms. • The vendor must be able to commence work under the contract within a reasonable time frame after award. The agency prefers Oregon goods and services and will give a 10% preference to bidders who propose goods fabricated or processed entirely in Oregon.
