Air Handler Replacement at the Boone County Annex

The County of Boone is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing Trane air handling unit at the Boone County Annex (613 E. Ash St., Columbia, MO) and install a new, fully tested air handling system. The scope includes demolition, disposal, complete mechanical installation, electrical coordination, testing, and commissioning, all in compliance with county specifications, prevailing wage rules, and required performance and payment bonds. The project must start as soon as possible after award and be completed no later than April 30 2027.
