Description
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing tunnel ventilation system with steam heating coils with two natural gas indirect fired make-up air units (MAUs). The construction effort will procure and deliver a complete, operational tunnel ventilation system, including removal of existing equipment, installation of MAUs, and all associated systems required for safe, reliable, and continuous ventilation system. The work will be planned and phased to be performed between May 1 and October 31, mitigating the chances for pipes to freeze.
