Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services at the Ute Mountain Ute Service Unit in Towaoc, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for providing monthly pest control services, including treatments, inspections, and required documentation, as well as call-back services for emergent or increased pest activity between scheduled visits. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, and the total contract duration will not exceed five years.
• The contractor must comply with all facility safety, infection control, and environmental requirements.
• The contractor must provide monthly pest control services, including treatments, inspections, and required documentation.
• The contractor must respond to emergency infestations between scheduled visits.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, local, and tribal regulations governing occupational safety, chemical handling, pest control operations, and healthcare facility safety.
• The contractor must maintain a staffing and coverage plan that addresses absences, turnover, emergencies, or other disruptions.
