FAIRTIME JANITORIAL SERVICES

The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide fairtime janitorial services for the Wyoming State Fair, including restroom sanitation, trash collection, waste removal coordination, supply replenishment, and ongoing monitoring of facility conditions. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality janitorial performance through organized staffing, responsiveness, and proactive facility management. Key services include: * Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, showers, and sinks * Removing trash and waste * Replenishing supplies * Monitoring facility conditions * Providing emergency cleaning services as needed The contractor will be required to work with Wyoming State Fair management to establish janitorial services needed across the fairgrounds and implement a coordinated janitorial plan. The contract period is expected to be for one year, with the option to extend for up to three years.
