Description
The Colorado Charter School Institute (CSI) is seeking a vendor to provide data-related support services, focusing on the maintenance and improvement of the CSI Data Dashboard as well as other analytic, reporting, and technical support tasks. The scope of work includes ongoing maintenance and updates of CSI Data Dashboards, standardizing and consolidating data security and storage practices, refining dashboards, and supporting ongoing user management and permissions. The vendor will also be required to develop and deliver at least one dashboard using an alternative data visualization platform and provide ad hoc support and additional services as requested by CSI.
• The anticipated term of the Purchase Order is from January 19, 2026, through June 30, 2026, with renewal through June 30, 2027.
• The maximum budget for this project is $25,000 for the remainder of State Fiscal Year 2026 and $75,000 for State Fiscal Year 2027.
• The vendor must demonstrate knowledge of Colorado state data formats, structure, and availability, and have proven ability to work with large-scale data sets and create and update secure data dashboards.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable provisions of §§24-85-101, C.R.S., et seq., and the Accessibility Standards for Individuals with a Disability.
