RFP fir MMRC Family & Informant Interviewer for Public Health Division

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Family and Informant Interviewer to conduct structured interviews with families and professionals related to deaths during or after pregnancy. The interviewer will provide written narratives and verbal presentations to the Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Review Committee. The contract will be for 5 years, with a maximum compensation limit of $97,500 per year. The successful proposer will demonstrate experience in conducting interviews, knowledge of social determinants of health, and cultural competence. • The interviewer will work with the Program Coordinator, FCH AEI Unit Manager, and other MMRC staff to conduct interviews and provide summaries and recommendations. • The interviewer will utilize the Agency-provided standard interview questions and participate in quality assurance and improvement activities. • The interviewer will conduct interviews in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner, prioritizing the empowerment of interviewees and honoring the grief process. • The interviewer will maintain records in a secured manner, consistent with State and federal regulations.
