PQ List 2025-2026 City Cuts

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified lawn service businesses and/or community-based organizations for the fifth year of its City Cuts grass-cutting program. The program provides grass-cutting services to City residents who are 62 years of age or older, have a disability, or are veterans. The selected contractors will provide services a total of 10 times during each of the 2025 and 2026 cutting seasons, including assessing yards, cutting grass, weeding perimeters, and removing grass clippings. The City will use a tiered fee structure based on property size, with payments ranging from $45.87 to $66.58 per cut. The contractors will be required to provide all necessary labor, tools, and equipment, attend a program orientation, communicate with the City on a weekly basis, and maintain accurate records of services provided.
