Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to install locks, safety devices, and Avigilon card readers at the Alabama Emergency Management Agency. The work includes installation of locks, safety devices, and Avigilon card readers at two agency door locations, installation of one Avigilon circuit card, and replacement of a maglock on an existing breezeway door. The vendor must work with the on-site workforce for cable terminations and labeling, and all cables must be plenum-rated and the same color as existing cables.
• The vendor must provide all cables and connectors.
• The vendor must perform the work in a timely manner once the Purchase Order is awarded.
• A site survey is recommended and must be scheduled with the contact.
• The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
