Description
The Kansas Department of Administration, State Employee Health Benefit Plan, is seeking proposals for a Medical ASO (Administrative Services Only) contract. The contract will be for a period of three years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. The selected vendor will provide administrative services for the state employee health plan. The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and confidential section. The evaluation criteria will include cost, experience, and capacity to provide the requested services.
• The vendor should have a minimum of five years of continuous active participation in the applicable industry.
• The vendor should provide a comprehensive description of their capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this RFP.
• The vendor should include all necessary documentation, including a signed certification of company not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel.
• The vendor should comply with all applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws and regulations.
