Roofing Project

The East Jordan Public Schools is seeking proposals for the Elementary School building roofing project. The project involves replacing or repairing the existing roof, and the successful bidder will be required to provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. The contract will be executed on AIA Document A201 (1997 edition) and will be a direct contract with the Owner. The project administration will be the responsibility of Mr. Nelson Ogden. Some key requirements and considerations for this project include: • A mandatory pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, @ 10:00 am (local time) • Bid proposals must include a familial disclosure statement and an Iran Economic Sanctions Affidavit • The successful bidder must provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid • The contract will be executed on AIA Document A201 (1997 edition) • The project administration will be the responsibility of Mr. Nelson Ogden • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals.
