Description
The LaPrele Irrigation District is seeking a Rock Blasting, Rock Stabilization, and Rockfall Mitigation Subcontractor for the Laprele Dam Replacement project. The project involves constructing a new RCC dam in Converse County, WY. The subcontractor will be responsible for rock blasting, rock stabilization, and rockfall mitigation services. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package contains a scope-of-work, 60% plans and specifications, technical and experience requirements, and a bid schedule of work items and estimated quantities.

• Clarifications to the RFP may be requested no later than October 31, 2025.
• Proposals must be submitted electronically to Mr. Baratta by November 10, 2025, at noon Mountain Time.
• The selected Rock Subcontractor will be notified of their acceptance on or about November 25, 2025.
