Description
The USFWS DIV OF POLICY & PRGMS is seeking a contractor to provide outdoor signs for their facilities in Virginia. The signs must be made of medium gauge plastic, with specific sizes, colors, and mounting holes. The contractor is responsible for delivering and installing the signs at the designated location. The delivery location is USFWS – Office of Conservation Investment in Hadley, MA. The contractor must also provide a delivery schedule and designate the mode of delivering carrier.
• The signs must be designed for long-term outdoor installation and withstand sun exposure.
• The contractor is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods before receipt by the consignee.
• The contractor must pack and mark the shipment to comply with contract specifications.
• The contractor must prepare and distribute commercial bills of lading.
• The contractor must deliver the shipment in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the contract.
