Description
The NASA/NSSC is seeking a contractor to provide a LabScape Maintenance Service Plan for the Bruker Autoflex Max MALDI-TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometer. The objective of this requirement is to ensure continuous, reliable operation of the instrument in support of mission-critical analytical work. The contractor will be responsible for performing on-site service, including preventive maintenance, calibration verification, diagnostic testing, and system adjustments. The contract will be for a one-year period, during which the instrument will receive remote troubleshooting and additional service visits as required.
Key aspects of the job include:
• On-site service and maintenance of the Mass Spectrometer
• Calibration verification and diagnostic testing
• Remote troubleshooting and additional service visits as required
• Provision of a formal service report documenting the instrument's condition and maintenance actions performed
• Coordination with the laboratory to schedule service
