Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of five (5) 2026 or newer 4x4 SUVs for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. The SUVs must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, and bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website. The bid includes requirements for warranty service, insurance, and subcontracting. Bidders must also complete and submit various forms, including a questionnaire and Excel pricing sheets. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to request additional information from bidders.
• The SUVs must be delivered to the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati within the delivery time frame bid upon execution of a contract.
• The contractor shall coordinate delivery with the department representative.
• The City may terminate the contract at any time for any reason upon thirty (30) days written notice to the contractor.
• The contractor shall utilize best efforts to recruit and maximize the participation of all qualified segments of the business community in subcontracting work.
