Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research for a future Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide dining facility (DFAC) food services across Army garrisons in Germany and the Black Sea region (Romania & Bulgaria). The contract will be an IDIQ with modular CLINs, allowing task orders ranging from full turnkey food service operations to custodial-only support, augmented cook staffing, specialty food concepts, and remote/field feeding. The Government seeks industry feedback on bundling preventive maintenance and repair of government‑furnished food‑service equipment with labor. Respondents must submit a capability statement (max 3 pages) and complete an industry questionnaire by 1500 CET on 16 Sep 2026. No cost will be reimbursed.
