The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting a sources sought to identify potential vendors that possess the capabilities to support a requirement to provide Brand Name Only: EMCOR ENCLOSURES LLC PART # AS-250106-00:55355. The requirement includes the procurement of multiple Network/Server Cabinets that meet specific technical, safety, and operational requirements.
• The cabinets must have dimensions of 82.375" x 22.562" x 36.875" and meet specific technical specifications, including rails, front and rear doors, panels, and a tie-down kit.
• The cabinets must be fully assembled and delivered to Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) within 8-10 weeks of ordering.
• The vendor must coordinate delivery schedule with TYAD and ensure packaging protects against damage during transit.
• The acceptance criteria include matching listed specifications, no visible damage or defects upon delivery, and all components being present and functional.
