Facilities: Construction Managers

The City of Manchester, New Hampshire, is seeking Construction Managers with design-build experience for school and municipal projects on an as-needed basis. The target project range is between $100,000 and $1,000,000, and qualified firms must have demonstrated past experience with design-build construction, including scope and design development, estimating and budgeting, project buyout, and management. The City intends to pre-qualify three or more firms based on their capabilities and ability to meet project needs.
