The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking sealed responses for Emergency Ground Support Equipment Rental, Contingency. The major customer for these items and services is the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). The services and commodities are required for all-hazards emergency preparedness and response, and may be simultaneously dispatched to one or more locations throughout the state of Texas prior to, during, or after an incident or event occurs.
