On-Call Services: Comprehensive Repair and Maintenance for Pumps & Motors

The City of Arvada is seeking on-call services for the maintenance and repair of its water and wastewater utilities pumps and motors. The selected contractor will be required to perform scheduled or as-needed repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or replacement of the City's pumps and motors. The contractor should have the capability to perform motor and pump pickup and delivery service upon request by the City of Arvada. The contractor will be required to maintain a complete set of records, including all supporting documentation and written correspondence, for all work performed under the contract. • The City's Utilities Department has two water treatment plants, eight potable water pump stations, three raw water pump stations, and two sewer lift stations. • The contractor will be required to provide repair services in accordance with the methods and procedures of the manufacturer's operational, maintenance, and repair manuals. • The contractor will be required to coordinate with the authorized City official and provide an estimate of repairs of all work covered under the service contract prior to starting any work. • The contractor will be required to perform work on site at a City of Arvada location, which may involve troubleshooting, equipment analysis/testing, emergency repair, assistance with start-up or pump removal.
