Leachate Hauling

The County of Volusia is seeking a contractor to provide leachate hauling and disposal services. The contractor will be responsible for hauling, treating, and disposing of an average of 340,000 gallons of leachate per week, with a minimum of 16,000,000 gallons per year. The contractor will provide all leachate hauling services at and from the Landfill site during specified operating hours. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option for two one-year renewals. • The contractor must have the capabilities, resources, and personnel necessary to provide efficient and successful service to the County. • The contractor must have a current professional license from the appropriate governing board to practice in the State of Florida. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and a hold harmless agreement. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to public records and confidentiality. • The contractor must provide a price proposal and respond to questions and requests for clarification.
