The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 5 is establishing a five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to supply research‑grade animal food and bedding to its Veterinary Medical Units (VMUs) in Portland, Oregon (and potentially other VMUs in the network).
