Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the El Cajon DMV Field Office. The services include a one-time landscape cleanup and bi-weekly landscape maintenance. The contractor must have a valid C-27 contractor license and comply with all requirements and regulations. The contract term is 36 months, and the estimated budget for the entire term is $27,375.00.
• The contractor will perform a one-time landscape cleanup service if needed and authorized by the DMV Project Manager.
• The contractor will perform bi-weekly landscape maintenance services.
• The contractor must comply with low environmental impact practices and use materials certified by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI).
• The contractor must provide a written schedule for the one-time landscape cleanup and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services.
• The contractor must submit a completed One-Time Landscape Cleanup Service Log and Bi-Weekly Landscape Maintenance Service Log after each service.
