Reverse Osmosis Water System

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide Reverse Osmosis Water System services, including monthly maintenance, validation, and minor repairs. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the system, performing tasks such as water softener service, carbon tank exchange, and reverse osmosis system maintenance. The contractor must have demonstrated expertise in deionized water and reverse osmosis water systems. The period of performance is for a base year plus four option years, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031. Some key tasks and responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing monthly service and validation reports • Maintaining the reverse osmosis water system and its components • Performing water softener service and carbon tank exchange • Providing emergency service during urgent system failures • Complying with facility safety, security, infection control, and access requirements • Notifying the Government of any conditions that may affect system operation, water quality, safety, or service continuity
