Notice of Intent to Sole Source, Dove Tree Canyon Software, Inc. Carousel Maintenance

The US Government is seeking a contractor to provide software and maintenance support for two systems located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC. The two systems are the Medical Delivery System (MDS) that controls horizontal carousels, and the Random Sampling software that randomly selects hospital rooms for inspection by the Environmental Services Branch. The contractor must provide software that interfaces with hospital systems and Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS). The contractor must also provide maintenance support for the systems. Key requirements include: • Providing software and maintenance support for the MDS and Random Sampling systems • Interfacing with hospital systems and DMLSS • Generating reports to monitor housekeeping performance and stay in compliance with Medical Command (MEDCOM) guidance • Providing company information, including name, point of contact, phone number, email address, and small business socio-economic group • Providing a DUNS number and CAGE Code
