Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for Abstinence Curriculum Workbook Products for Independent School Districts. The selected vendor will be required to provide abstinence curriculum workbooks that meet the requirements of the Texas Education Code. The contract will be for a period of 240 days from the date the solicitation response is due. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to confidentiality, security, and conflict of interest. Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing abstinence curriculum workbooks that meet the requirements of the Texas Education Code
• Complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Avoiding conflicts of interest
• Providing copies of its most recent business continuity and disaster recovery plans upon request
• Complying with the Texas Public Information Act
• Not requiring customers to provide COVID-19 vaccination documentation
