CM at Risk Dunwoody High School Stadium Improvements

The DeKalb County School District is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the Dunwoody High School Stadium Improvements project. The project includes the installation of a new bleacher seating system, a new press box, and improvements to concrete sidewalks, fencing, electrical, and data. The selected firm will be responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the construction project. The firm must have experience providing construction management at risk for K-12 public school programs and must be authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. Key aspects of the project include: • Installation of a new bleacher seating system • New press box • Improvements/modifications to concrete sidewalks, fencing, electrical, and data • Improvements/modifications to concession stand and bathrooms • Pre-Construction Phase Services, including attending design and preconstruction conferences, assisting with design, reviewing and commenting on design documents, and providing cost estimates • Construction Phase Services, including furnishing and paying for all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project
