Testing and Inspections RFP

The Spotsylvania County Public Schools Maintenance Department is seeking proposals for testing and inspections services to support its Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). The department's mission is to ensure that all school facilities are properly planned, designed, constructed, and operated. The required services may include architectural, civil engineering, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, geotechnical, environmental assessment, interior design, structural, security, acoustical engineering, and fire protection disciplines. • Project disciplines required for this project may include architectural, civil engineering, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, geotechnical, environmental assessment, interior design, structural, security, acoustical engineering, and fire protection. • The Maintenance Department assists with the administration of design and construction of new schools, additions, and alterations to existing buildings, and renewals of existing school facilities. • The selected vendor will provide testing and inspections services to support the Maintenance Department's mission.
