Data Program Impact Evaluation and Reporting Consulting

The Child Care Group (CCG) is seeking consulting services to support the development of a strategic approach to program data, evaluation, and impact. The goal is to strengthen CCG's data strategy and strategic metrics in alignment with the organization's Mission, Vision, Core Values, and overall strategic plan. The selected consultant will provide ongoing advice and counsel to the leadership team and Board of Trustees, with primary objectives including: • Conducting data review, analysis, and reporting, including development of data visualizations • Supporting the Client in developing and refining data strategies aligned with organizational goals • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs • Developing and refining data metrics aligned with the Client's strategic plan, including tracking progress and outcomes • Providing recommendations for data governance, quality assurance, and process improvements • Assisting, as needed, in the implementation of a cloud-based data warehouse The contract term will be for a period of one year with three one-year options for renewal, subject to funding availability.
