Description
The City of North Las Vegas is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents for an award for the City's garage door and gate services contract. The City is looking for Respondents to provide repair services of overhead doors, automatic doors and electronic gates for various City premises throughout North Las Vegas together with all required incidental work.
Key points to consider:
• The contract will be for a period of approximately 3 years, starting from July 23, 2026, and ending on July 22, 2029.
• An optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time via Microsoft Teams.
• All BID/RFP submissions must be submitted through NGEM.
• The City is looking for Respondents to provide a wide range of services, including repair of overhead doors, automatic doors, and electronic gates.
