Request for Qualifications - Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing Services

The City of Edinburg is seeking to retain a rotation list of qualified professional Geotechnical Engineering firms to provide Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services. The scope of services required may include geotechnical evaluation, site work, retention systems, field exploration, laboratory testing, analysis, and reports. The selected firm(s) will report to and operate under the direction of the City of Edinburg's Department of Engineering staff. Key considerations for this opportunity include the firm's experience and history in performing geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services, the qualifications and experience of the project manager and key staff, and the firm's ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
