The New York Power Authority (hereafter, the "Authority" or "NYPA") invites you to submit qualifications to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment—except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents—for the following project. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is briefly described below: The New York Power Authority (NYPA) seeks to establish Managed Services agreement to provide comprehensive operational and advisory support for its enterprise ServiceNow platform, which spans ITSM, ITAM, Vulnerability Response, Knowledge Management, HR Service Delivery, and core platform/ITOM capabilities. The engagement includes maintaining platform stability through regular patches and major upgrades, optimizing key service management processes, sustaining CMDB accuracy, and supporting a broad ecosystem of integrations. Supplier will deliver hands‑on configuration, testing, deployment, and technical support while also providing strategic guidance, best‑practice recommendations, roadmap development, and governance to ensure NYPA maximizes long‑term value, scalability, and alignment with ServiceNow’s out‑of‑the‑box standards. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be provided to pre- qualified vendors as an outcome of this RFQ.
