CT CR AQP Pellet & Wood Stove Replacement Project

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation’s Environmental Trust Air Quality Program is seeking a qualified contractor to replace up to 30 residential wood‑stoves with EPA‑certified pellet or wood stoves across the Okanogan River airshed. The work includes removal, recycling, permitting, and same‑day installation of new stoves, plus all associated labor, equipment, and warranty support. The contract will run a minimum of three years with annual renewals and must be completed by 30 September 2027. • Remove existing wood‑stoves and venting, recycle the units per tribal and environmental regulations. • Obtain and pay all required permits (tribal or municipal) and install approved Lopi AGP Pellet Stove or Lopi Endeavor NexGen‑Hybrid Wood Stove. • Provide detailed cost estimates, handle invoicing, and adhere to a 5 % cap on invoice overruns; travel and evaluation costs are borne by the contractor.
