Replacement of Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Equipment and Materials

The successful vendor will be required to provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, and equipment to complete the work within the specified timeframe. • The project requires compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The vendor must be licensed to perform work in the state of Maryland. • The vendor must provide a one-year guarantee of workmanship and materials. • The vendor must furnish the county with a performance bond and payment bond if the total contract amount exceeds $100,000. • The vendor must complete the work within the specified timeframe and meet all the requirements outlined in the bid specifications.
