The system will support regulated diagnostic qPCR workflows with secure data handling, auditability, and standardized analysis, enabling high-quality, compliant clinical testing. • The system must be a specific brand, with no alternative products considered. • The vendor must be an authorized reseller of Thermo Fisher Scientific/Applied Biosystems instruments and services. • The vendor must provide installation, qualification, and training services. • The contract will include a 3-year warranty and service agreement, with separate quotes for subsequent years. • The vendor must provide annual planned maintenance and ongoing support services.
