Description
The Pennsylvania State Police, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, seeks a qualified contractor to develop and administer promotion examinations for PSP Corporal and Sergeant ranks. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, four‑year award with all work performed under a non‑public bid opening. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Jaggaer portal by September 30, 2026, and must include both technical and cost components. The contractor will be responsible for test design, content creation, secure delivery, scoring, and reporting, and must perform at least 50 % of the contract value directly.
