This is not a formal solicitation, and any responses received will be considered for determining whether an equivalent product or service can be provided by alternative sources. The scope of work includes the WasteWORKS Express, WasteWORKS Vision, WasteWORKS Auto Email, and WasteWORKS Mobile software products. • The opportunity is for a single source contract • The contract is for software products and services • The St. Johns County - Purchasing Department is the agency issuing the contract • The contract is subject to Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c) and 120.57(3)
