Request for Proposals - Park Street Area Survey

The Town of Exeter is seeking a qualified architectural‑history consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive historic‑resources survey of the Park Street residential area. The consultant will prepare two Historic District Area Forms, accompanying maps, photographs, and narrative documentation that meet New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources standards, and will coordinate with local heritage commissions throughout the project. The work must be completed by September 30 2019, with several interim progress reviews. • Produce two NH Historic District Area Forms with maps, photos, and narratives. • Follow a detailed schedule with milestones in Nov/Dec 2018, early 2019, and multiple review points through September 2019. • Deliver final documentation to the NH Division of Historical Resources by late September 2019. • Mail the proposal (no electronic submission) by 4 PM on October 9 2018. • Must be a 36 CFR 61‑qualified architectural‑history consultant and maintain insurance/hold‑harmless coverage.
