The Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is seeking a non-profit organization to provide a pilot program for delinquency-dependency case management in Miami-Dade County. The program will serve youth who are dually involved in the delinquency and dependency systems, providing unified case management services and intensive in-home multidisciplinary team services. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing delinquency case management, dependency case management, and therapeutic interventions, as well as coordinating with the Department of Children and Families. Key considerations for the proposal include experience providing intensive in-home wraparound services, understanding of the specialized community supervision program, and ability to bridge the gap between the delinquency and dependency systems.
• The program will serve dually involved youth who reside in Miami-Dade County and are referred by DJJ.
• The selected respondent will be responsible for providing delinquency case management, dependency case management, and therapeutic interventions.
• The respondent will be required to coordinate with the Department of Children and Families and other agencies to provide services.
• The program will include unified case managers cross-trained in child welfare and juvenile justice, as well as an intensive in-home multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals.
• The respondent will be responsible for collecting and reporting output and outcome data on clients and their families.
