Description
Henry County seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and repair services for eighteen (18) elevators located at various county facilities. The contractor must supply all labor, parts, tools, vehicles, and equipment needed to keep the vertical transportation systems operational on a systematic schedule. The contract is an annual agreement, with the County reserving the right to add or delete elevator locations during the term. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County’s e‑procurement portal or by sealed hard copy by the October 6, 2026 deadline. Evaluation will consider technical capability, experience, staffing, financial stability, and compliance with Georgia safety, licensing, and immigration regulations.
