Description
The City of Austin is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of golf course accessories and supplies for use on City golf courses. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option to extend for up to three additional 12-month periods. The City reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts based on individual or categories/groups of specific line items. The successful bidder will be required to provide all equipment, labor, materials, transportation, and shipping necessary for the proper execution of the contract.
• The contract will include the provision of golf course accessories and supplies, such as golf flags, embroidered and silkscreened items, and other related products.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide product samples upon request and to comply with all State of Texas and Federal standards, regulations, and laws applicable to the manufacture and delivery of the items offered.
• The City will inspect all shipments and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all pre-production products.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a single point of contact who is skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced in providing the types of services listed in the scope of work.
• The City will provide all necessary artwork to the successful bidder and will review and approve all orders in writing prior to production.
