Christmas Lights/Display Installation

The City of Edmond is soliciting bids for the installation of Christmas lights and displays in Downtown Edmond and Luminance. The contract will have a term of approximately one year, with the option to renew annually for four years. The contractor will be responsible for installing leased lights on various trees and buildings, as well as purchasing and installing City-owned lights. The contractor will also be required to provide maintenance services and be present on two scheduled event nights. • The contract will include the installation of lights on 46 trees on Broadway, 8 trees on 1st Street and Littler Ave, and 4 trees on East Main St. • The contractor will also be responsible for installing lights on 5 trees south of the Edmond Farmers Market and 7 trees and 6 poles in the gathering area that borders W 1st Street and the Festival Market Place. • The contractor will be required to provide a maintenance policy and turnaround time, as well as provide references and a non-collusion affidavit.
