Notice of Intent to Sole Source Deployed Medicine Services

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to Allogy, LLC for the sustainment of the Deployed Medicine platform. The platform is built on and managed with the Capillary platform, a proprietary code base owned by Allogy, LLC. The services required include management of the platform, software configuration control, software sustainment, providing content update, cloud hosting services, and technical/help desk support.
