The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) to provide non‑personal OB/GYN physician and nursing support services at the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The contract is a Firm‑Fixed‑Price, Month‑of‑Service (MOS) arrangement with a base year and up to four one‑year options (maximum five years). The contractor must deliver outpatient OB/GYN clinical care two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday, 08:00‑20:00) and provide qualified nursing assistance to support the physician.
