Description
The University of Alaska Anchorage is seeking contractors to fully renovate the Hugh McPeck Gallery located within the Consortium Library. The scope includes demolition of existing finishes, construction of new wall and ceiling assemblies, installation of updated electrical and lighting systems, and the addition of movable partitions and track lighting. All work must follow the construction drawings dated May 20 2026 and comply with applicable Alaska building codes.
• Complete demolition, disposal, and replacement of interior finishes.
• Installation of new lighting (track lighting, wall‑mounted fixtures) and electrical upgrades.
• Provision of movable partitions and associated hardware per design specifications.
• Compliance with all local building, safety, and accessibility standards.
• Submission of required bid bond (5 % of bid) and optional alternate brand documentation.
